How to place an order online

 

 

1. Enter website address or click on this link www.bfx.com.au/user

2. Enter User Name or Email Address and Password

3. Choose your furniture category from the ‘Product List Starts Here’ Drop Down Dark Blue Tab

4. Click on a ‘Sub-Category’ and a new page with furniture from that sub-category will appear If you know the item you require, you can also enter it into the ‘Search’ field

5. Click on the name of the product or ‘Read More’ green button to choose your product

6. Choose your Quantity and Colours from the ‘Options’ Drop Down box  

7. View ‘Fabrics’ and ‘E0 Melamine Board Colours’ when you click on the link under Colour Swatches.

8. Click the ‘ADD’ button in the ‘Options’ box and your ‘Cart’ on the right hand side of page will be updated

Change your ‘Delivery Options’ by clicking on the ‘Delivery Options’ link in the ‘Cart’ Box.  This will automatically change your price and update your default Delivery Details in your account.  This can be changed to any of our 3 Delivery Options at any time.  For a definition of our Delivery Options please click on this link www.bfx.com.au/delivery-options

9. Continue shopping by choosing from the ‘Product List Starts Here’ Drop Down Dark Blue Tab

10. Once you are happy with your shopping, click on the ‘Check Out’ Orange button in your ‘Cart’.  

11. Review your shopping cart- Change Quantities or Delete products THEN click the ‘Update Cart’ Grey button

12. Click on ‘Continue Shopping’ link to go back to the store or Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your order.

13. Complete your Billing and Delivery Details and enter a ‘DET/ Government Purchase Order Number’.  If you do not have this PO number please choose the option ‘Approved Government Account- A Consultant will contact you’ and Click ‘Review Order’ button at the bottom of the page.

14. A new page will appear for you to review your order.  Please check this information carefully as once you Click on ‘Submit order’ your order will go in to production. 

You will shortly receive an email confirming your order and details how to check the status of your order.
